Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the QC Pics and Filing Assistant applications ("the Apps"), provided by JASSCO and powered by TurbineWorks, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the applicable Terms and Conditions found at https://turbineworks.com/terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Apps.

2. Description of Service

The QC Pics and Filing Assistant are software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms designed for aviation maintenance organizations to streamline documentation and quality control processes, including:

• Quality photo capture and organization for inbound and outbound inspections
• Barcode scanning for record identification
• PDF batch processing and documentation
• Integration with aviation ERP systems (AvSight, Quantum, Pentagon, Quick Aviation, and more)
• Cloud storage integration (OneDrive, SharePoint, and more)
• File organization and management for aviation documentation

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Apps. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Apps or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Apps or servers
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the Apps to store or transmit inappropriate or illegal content

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Pricing

The Apps are offered on a per-user license subscription basis:

• Individual License: $199 per user/month
• Team Package (10+ users): $159 per user/month
• Enterprise: Custom pricing

5.2 Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused services.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Apps and all related technology, including software, designs, and trademarks, are the property of JASSCO and TurbineWorks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Terms and Conditions at turbineworks.com/terms.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos, data, and content you upload to the Apps. By using the Apps, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the services.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Apps integrate with third-party services (ERP systems, cloud storage providers). We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JASSCO and TurbineWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. 9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JASSCO, TurbineWorks, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms.

10. Data Backup and Loss

While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for any data loss.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13. Export Compliance

You shall comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions programs. 14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
